Missouri Family Health Council, Inc. (MFHC) is a private, nonprofit organization that administers federal Title X funds for family planning services in the state of Missouri. MFHC’s network consists of 21 community-based organizations and local health centers, which operate more than 100 clinic sites throughout the state. Family planning services are free for clients whose income is at or below 100 percent of the federal poverty level. Fees for other clients are based on a sliding fee scale determined by the client's income level, family size, and ability to pay.

MFHC provides training opportunities and technical assistance to its delegate agencies to ensure that the highest quality family planning services are provided to clients. In addition, MFHC operates the Central Purchasing Program, which allows delegate agencies and other subsidized family planning programs in Missouri to purchase pharmaceutical products at a reduced price.
